Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the MEDO websites at https://medo.pedoli.com/ and www.medo-lab.com (together, the “Sites”). By browsing the Sites, sending a business enquiry, or otherwise using the Sites, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Sites. The version that applies is the one published on this page when you visit.
Who we are
MEDO is an export brand for adult e-cigarette products offered only in markets where those products may lawfully be supplied. The Sites present product information and a channel for professional contact. They are not a consumer web shop and do not complete retail checkout. Questions about these terms: service@medo-lab.com.
Definitions
In these terms, “MEDO”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of the Sites under the MEDO brand. “You” means any visitor, including a company or other organisation. “Products” means MEDO devices, accessories and related consumables described on the Sites, including the MEDO S system. “Content” means text, images, marks, layouts and other material on the Sites.
Products
MEDO products are nicotine-containing adult products and related hardware. They are intended only for adults of legal age in the relevant market. They are not medicines, are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and are not presented as aids to stop smoking. Nicotine is addictive. Keep all products away from children and from anyone who must not use them.
The MEDO S system is offered as a device kit. Pods, filters and e-liquid are sold separately. Descriptions on the Sites are for identification and business discussion. Specification, appearance, packaging and availability may change.
Age restriction and adult use
You must be of legal age to purchase and use nicotine products in your market, and you must not be a minor. You must not use the Sites to obtain, promote or supply MEDO products to anyone below that age. We may refuse or ignore any enquiry that appears to involve under-age use or an unlawful market.
Business enquiries and availability
The Sites do not process shopping-cart orders or online payment. Professional and distributor enquiries should be sent through the contact form on the Sites or by email to service@medo-lab.com. Sending a form is a request for contact, not an order and not a contract of sale. Any supply is agreed separately in writing, only for a compliant market and authorised channel.
Images and copy are illustrative. Colours, packaging and technical details may differ from production goods. Listing a product does not mean it is in stock or that it may be offered in your territory. We may decline, pause or end discussions where a market, customer, age group or sales channel is not permitted, or where information supplied to us is incomplete or untrue. Unauthorised commercial resale or misrepresentation of MEDO products is not allowed.
Intellectual property
The MEDO name, logos, product names (including MEDO S), designs and all Content on the Sites are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your internal evaluation. You may not copy, scrape, frame, reverse engineer, or use the Content or marks for your own branding, catalogues or products without our prior written consent.
Limitation of liability
The Sites and Content are provided as general information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss arising from reliance on the Sites, from delay, or from events outside our reasonable control, including interruption of networks, acts of public authorities, or other force majeure. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. You remain responsible for import, advertising, age-gating and nicotine-product rules in your market.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. That notice forms part of how we operate the Sites.
Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are read together with the laws that apply to operation of the Sites and to nicotine-product trade in the relevant market. Rights that cannot be waived by contract remain unaffected.
