Purpose of this page
This page describes how MEDO treats regions and markets. It is not a consumer store locator and it does not include a live map of shops. MEDO is an export brand for adult e-cigarette products. We discuss supply only with professional partners, and only for territories where those products may lawfully be offered. We do not publish retail store names, city shop lists or street addresses on this page.
Where MEDO is aimed
MEDO is aimed at global, compliant adult markets. Whether a product may be discussed or supplied depends on nicotine-product, import, labelling, advertising and age-gating rules in the destination country or region. Listing a product on https://medo.pedoli.com/ or www.medo-lab.com does not mean it is available in every market. We may decline, pause or end discussions where a territory, channel, age group or customer type is not permitted.
Regions and markets, not a shop map
A retail store finder is built to send consumers to nearby outlets. This page is not that tool. MEDO does not operate a public pin-map of vape shops and does not invite consumers to search for a store near them. Interest from a given country or region is handled as a business enquiry, not as a request for a shop visit. If you are looking for a named retail address, you will not find one here, and we do not invent shop locations.
How to enquire by country or region
Professional and distributor enquiries should be sent through the Contact form. The form includes Country / Region and Business Type so we can see the territory you want to discuss and whether you are a distributor, importer, retailer or other trade contact. Complete those fields accurately. You may also write to service@medo-lab.com. Sending a form is a request for contact, not an order and not a contract of sale. Any supply is agreed separately in writing, only for a compliant market and authorised channel.
Please tell us the country or region, the type of business, and what you want to discuss. Incomplete or misleading market information may delay a reply or lead us to close the enquiry. We do not use this page to allocate consumer walk-in shops.

MEDO products are nicotine-containing adult products. Nicotine is addictive. They are intended only for adults of legal age in the relevant market. They are not for minors. Keep products away from children and from anyone who must not use them. Do not use this page, the Sites or an enquiry to obtain, promote or supply MEDO products to anyone below legal age.
